Refund policy

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the objective of making our customers happy and treating them fairly. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We want you to love your order and the experience! But just in case it doesn’t work out this time, please read below for additional information on returns.

  • Items purchased online are accepted for a refund within 14 days from arrival on regular-priced items. Items must be in original, unused, and unopened condition with original seals attached. They can be shipped back to the address below at the customer’s expense to be processed for a refund.
  • If any promos or discounts were used on your returnable merchandise, the promo and/or discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the return’s arrival. You will be notified via e-mail that your refund has been issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items or e-gift cards.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We ship our items with care, but we know things can happen in transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged merchandise, please email us with pictures within 3 days of receipt and we can discuss replacement or refund.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method or in the form of a Gunnison Jerky Co. e-Gift card. This gift card can be used online only. Refunds are not credited until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.  

We are sorry to say that we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this should happen, please contact the UPS, USPS, or FedEx carrier with your tracking number to resolve the issue.
