Both our families have been visiting Gunnison and other places in Colorado for generations. As children we were in awe of their adventure photos and the beauty and majesty of Colorado’s landscapes. Vacationing here with our own family kept us in love at a distance for quite some time, but we finally made the permanent move to these mountains about 17 years ago, and we're loving it!
Living in the Colorado mountains, people tend to develop healthier lifestyles, and we’ve been no different. We love to go camping, rafting, snow-shoeing, off-roading, hiking, fishing... anything to get us and our pets outdoors and off on an adventure! Our bodies need wholesome fuel to keep us going out there, and that wisdom is what inspired us to create Gunnison Jerky Co.
Gunnison, Colorado is the gateway to an amazing variety of outdoor activities, and when we realized that one of the top adventure snacks was missing from the business scene here, we decided to fix that. Our hand-crafted jerky has only natural ingredients, contains no MSG, no synthetic nitrates or nitrites, is gluten free, and packs a protein punch of 11g in every ounce. Along with our jerky, we’re supporting small, women-owned, and other Colorado businesses by bringing their products to you.
